FAQ

Answers before the first walkthrough. No quoting games.

The questions ClearPrime hears most from facility leads, property managers, and healthcare operators — pricing model, healthcare compliance, scheduling, and onboarding for new recurring accounts in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro.

Questions & answers

What facility leads ask us first.

These are the questions that come up on the first call. If yours isn't here, reach out — we'll add it.

Pricing

How does ClearPrime price a recurring contract?

Pricing is built around square footage, traffic, scope of work, and any compliance constraints — not a flat per-square-foot rate. We walk the facility, write the scope, and quote a flat monthly recurring figure so you can budget the line item without surprises. Request a quote and we’ll come back with a tailored proposal inside three business days.

Pricing

Is there a minimum contract term?

Recurring contracts run on a 12-month initial term with month-to-month renewal after that. We don’t do one-off cleans — recurring operators are built around consistency, and the scope, SOPs, and crew investment only pay off when the account stays in seat long enough to lock the cadence in.

Pricing

What’s included in the quoted price, and what counts as an add-on?

The quote covers labor, supervision, the chemicals and consumables we specify in the SOP, and the post-shift quality report for every visit. Outside the scope — restorative floor work, window cleaning, consumable restocks beyond paper and soap, emergency response outside the contracted window — is priced as an add-on and approved before work begins.

Healthcare compliance

Can you document to Joint Commission, OSHA, and CDC standards?

Yes. Every healthcare account gets a written scope that maps to Joint Commission Environment of Care, OSHA bloodborne-pathogen and chemical-exposure requirements, and CDC selection-and-dwell guidance for disinfectants. Post-shift reports, SDS logs, and training records are kept in a binder a surveyor can read without translation. See the compliance standards library for the citation-by-citation walkthroughs.

Healthcare compliance

How do you handle bloodborne-pathogen training and exposure control?

Field staff complete bloodborne-pathogen training before first shift and recertify annually. Exposure-control plans, post-exposure follow-up steps, and the on-call escalation path are posted on every healthcare account. Any exposure event is documented in the same shift report as the incident so the facility has a single record to hand a surveyor.

Healthcare compliance

What does an audit-ready post-shift report look like?

Every visit closes out with a phone-based quality report: scope completed, areas flagged, photos of any issue, chemical lot numbers for that shift, and a sign-off line for the facility contact. Reports are timestamped, archived per account, and exportable to PDF so a surveyor requesting a 30-day window gets a clean stack of evidence, not a notebook of hand-written tickets.

Scheduling

What service windows do you run — daytime or after-hours?

Most accounts run after-hours so cleaning never interferes with tenant, patient, or customer traffic. We also run daytime schedules for facilities that want continuous presence — lobbies, restrooms mid-day, and turnover support for retail and healthcare. The window is set in the SOP and held shift to shift; changing the window is a written change order, not a phone call.

Scheduling

Will the same crew be on the same sites week after week?

Yes. ClearPrime uses a route system — the same crew, the same supervisor, and the same sites on the same cadence. Familiarity is what turns a checklist into consistent quality, and consistency is why clients stay on contract. If a crew member rotates off, the replacement shadows for a shift before they own the route.

Onboarding

What happens before the first shift?

New accounts get a written walkthrough before first shift: site tour, key and access handling, alarm procedures, sensitive-area do-not-touch list, and a sign-off from both sides on the SOP. The first shift runs with the supervisor on-site to validate the checklist against the actual facility before regular cadence starts.

Onboarding

Do we sign a scope-of-work contract and get the SOPs in writing?

Yes. Onboarding closes with a signed scope-of-work contract and a written SOP binder — checklists, chemical list with SDS, route plan, escalation contacts, and quality-report cadence. The SOP is the source of truth for every shift that follows, so when scope changes (a renovation, a new tenant, a compliance audit), the change is documented in the binder, not on a napkin.
